Castle PHASE

Our Children entering the Pre-School Nursery Class (3-4 years) enter the Castle Phase. 

Children moving from the Explorers or Garden Phase are supported by some familiar educators. Children joining the nursery class are welcomed by the experienced teaching team. 

All children join a 'key group' family. These are: Hedgehogs, Owls, and Hares. 

Children begin their day by being welcomed into their 'key group space- 'nest' and settling with their key Educator, before the doors are opened and children can explore the learning spaces, both outdoors and indoors. 

Learning spaces are carefully extended from the spaces in the Garden and Explorers phases and provide children with playful opportunities to learn and develop holistically.
