We have been observing the children since they returned from their holidays. We have noticed that the children have enjoyed exploring the paint and have enjoyed using the rolling pins and cutters in the play dough. So we are playing alongside them and modelling how we play, and encouraging them to use the rolling pins and cutters. I have added a video for you to watch as I play alongside one of our children.
The children have enjoyed playing imaginatively with the Bob the Builder toys. So we have added a little soil for them to dig in.
Our new story for the next two weeks is Dear Zoo. This story is about someone who would like a pet, but they keep getting animals sent that they don’t want, so they send them back, until the right animal is sent. Group 2 is All change for the next week.
We hope to have a fun-filled two weeks of learning.
